Question and answer
Number of questions: 2Dear ladies and gentlemen, I have a PM 62 (which has not yet been used) and it does not respond when I activate it. Most likely the battery is empty. Can I open the watch myself or should it be done by a watchmaker? Kind regards, Helmar Dießner
PM 62 with stainless steel application Purchase: March 2021 Issue: Start/stop Starting the recording during a run no longer works. After removing the battery (battery is new) and resetting, it works again for about 10 training sessions with the start/stop function, but then start/stop no longer works? Tried everything, only works again after removing the battery... Please provide feedback. Maybe an exchange out of goodwill, as the warranty expired 4 months ago, thank you. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with it. Could I also send the heart rate monitor to you? Best regards, Jürgen Beyer
