cover the cost of transport of the Bell ini product for ser vice nor the se rvice agent’s trave ling cost s to and
from y our home.

If y ou are required to trans port the B ellini pr oduct to t he Com pan y or its ser vice a gent, you m ust ens ure it is
safel y disconnect ed by a q ualified tr adesm an and sec urel y packed an d insured. T he Com pany does not
accept any r espons ibilit y f or loss or damage of the Bellini product prior to it b eing re ceived by the Com pany or
its se rvice agent.

You will be respons ible for all costs of returnin g a Bell ini produc t to th e Compan y and f or redeli very of th e
Bellini product by the C om pany ( whether it is the original or a repaired and/or a replac ement Bellini produc t)
and for an y other expenses you inc ur in cla iming und er this war rant y.

The Com pan y or its service agent will exam ine any Be llini pr oduct and if the C ompan y determ ines that it is
defectiv e through no fault o f the Ow ner and is other wise undam aged, t he Com pany wil l repair or r eplac e the
Bellini pr oduct in accordanc e wit h this warrant y.
