Buttons and functions

Pedometer

1. Press [ MODE ] to enter thestep counting mode. “STEP” appears on
thedisplay.
2. Thestep counting begins as soon as you begin walking.
3. Select km or miles by pressing [ SET ] for 3 seconds. “Unit” will show
on thedisplay. Select km or miles by pressing [ RESET ].
Confirm with [ MODE ].
4. Theweight value will begin to flash. Set your weight with [ RESET ] and
confirm by pressing [ MODE ].
5. Thestride length will begin to flash. Set your stride length with [ RESET ]
and confirm by pressing [ MODE ].

Distance

1. Press [ MODE ] to enter thedistance mode. “KM” or “Miles” will show on
thedisplay. Change theunit by pressing [ SET ].
2. Thedistance measuring begins as soon as you begin walking.
3. To clear thedata, hold down [ RESET ] for 3 seconds.

Calorie burn measurement

1. Press [ MODE ] to enter thecalories burned mode. “KCAL” is shown
on thedisplay.
2. To clear thedata, hold down [ RESET ] for 3 seconds.

2. In thesettings mode, press [ RESET ] to increase in steps. Keep thebutton
pressed in to increase quickly.

Setting the time

1. In clock mode, hold in the [ SET ] button for 2 seconds to enter
thesettings mode.
2. Thehours start to flash. Press [ RESET ] to set thehours. Then press [ MODE ]
to go to theminutes.
3. Theminutes setting flashes. Press [ RESET ] repeatedly to set theminutes.
Then press [ MODE ] to go to theseconds. Theseconds flash.
Press [ RESET ] to reset thereadings to zero.
4. Then press [ MODE ] to select thetime format, 12/24 h. Press [ RESET ]
to select and confirm with [ MODE ].

Battery replacement

1. Remove thescrew in theback of thepedometer and remove thebattery cover.
2. Remove thebattery and insert anew one. Observe thepolarity markings
in thebattery compartment.
3. Refit thebattery cover.
