How do I grill toast

I have an AEG oven - BE3003001M. It is secured in the oven cabinet by two roundhead screws. The oven has two holes in the side frames in which there are two plastic inserts through which the screws pass. The inserts have split and consequently the oven is not secure in the cabinet. I need to obtain two replacement inserts and would be grateful for your assistance.Many thanks,D. Sexton
